Check in time is after 2pm. Check out time is 11am. You may request an extension and this maybe extended depending on availability. If you require a late check out please contact reception the day before – a charge may apply.

Start at ADELAIDE ST, BRISBANE - head towards GEORGE ST (28 m  < 1 min)  Turn right at GEORGE ST, BRISBANE  (99 m  < 1 min) Turn left at ANN ST, BRISBANE  (13 m  < 1 min) Continue along PACIFIC MWY, BRISBANE  (851 m  < 1 min) Continue along CORONATION DR, BRISBANE  (296 m  < 1 min) Take the BOOMERANG ST EXIT (357 m  < 1 min) Turn left onto  MILTON RD (2.88 km  < 4 mins) At the ROUNDABOUT - take the 2nd exit onto MT COOT-THA RD, (605 m  < 1 min)  Continue along WESTERN FWY (4.59 km  < 4 mins) Continue along CENTENARY HWY, (7.89 km  5 mins)  At the  ROUNDABOUT – be in the RIGHT lane and take the 2nd Exit onto the take the CENTENARY HWY, (9.58 km 7 mins) You will cross over the Logan Motorway and  please note that you will be in a 60km speed zone and Police are active along this section of the HWY. Within 5 mins you will exit the CENTENARY HWY taking the SPRINGFIELD Exit. At the ROUNDABOUT - take the 2nd exit and enter the SPRING LAKE METRO COMPLEX just beyond McDonalds. At the top of the drive turn RIGHT and you will see the NICHE Small Luxury Hotel to your left. Pull up to the security gates and push the intercom. From Brisbane Airport (Domestic & International):
Start at BRISBANE AIRPORT, Continue along AIRPORT DR, (1.97 km < 2 mins) At the ROUNDABOUT - take the 2nd exit onto AIRPORT DR, (1.02 km < 1 min) At the ROUNDABOUT - take the 1st exit onto GATEWAY MWY, BRISBANE AIRPORT (4.08 km < 3 mins) Continue along GATEWAY BDGE, Within 3mins you will travel over the GATEWAY BRIDGE and on the southern side you will pay a road Toll. Continue along GATEWAY MWY, (24.37 km 14 mins). At this time you will pass through a second Toll. Continue along LOGAN MWY, (12.4 km 7 mins). Take the SPRINGFIELD Exit. Travelling on the CENTENARY HWY please note that you will be in a 60km speed zone and Police are active along this section of the HWY. Within 5 mins you will exit the CENTENARY HWY taking the SPRINGFIELD Exit. At the ROUNDABOUT - take the 2nd exit and enter the SPRING LAKE METRO COMPLEX just beyond McDonalds. Start on  SMITH ST, SOUTHPORT  (1.12 km  < 2 mins) Continue along SMITH STREET MWY, (4.83 km  < 4 mins)  Continue along PACIFIC MWY, ARUNDEL  (34.83 km  21 mins) As you enter the 100km speed zone move to the left lane and take the LOGAN MWY exit. Continue along LOGAN MWY (27 km 16 mins). You will pass through two toll booths.  Take the SPRINGFIELD Exit. Travelling on the CENTENARY HWY please note that you will be in a 60km speed zone and Police are active along this section of the HWY.
